Purpose: The primary purpose of the Yakima County Behavioral Health and Substance Use Disorder Coalition (BHSUDC) is to develop and review the Yakima County Behavioral Health Plan. The Plan will be reviewed bi-annually by the Board of County Commissioners to inform the RFP process for grants generated by the Mental Health and Chemical Dependency tax revenue.
